Creating conscious leadership involves one-on-one coaching.  Leaders can be expected to intensify self-knowledge, strengthen self-discipline, and experiment with new practices in language, thought, behaviours, and dispositions.  Leaders will learn to respond rather than react, and they will achieve mastery and coherence from their new found conviction, passion, and courage.

Our conscious leadership program for teams includes 3 learning intensives over a 6-month period.  In between sessions, leaders receive individual coaching on specific competencies.  Personal progress on accountabilities is reported back in monthly peer groups facilitated by a SAGE Leadership coach.  Peer groups are comprised of cross-functional team members in order to promote mutual problem solving and learning while strengthening relationships among peers.
